Jennifer Riordan is MTHD's Operations Manager—and quite possibly the most organised person you'll ever meet. Her inbox is a work of art. Filled with folders, she knows where everything is.

She's been working alongside the MTHD leadership team for 20 years, in our previous business (that we still own). Making her one of the longest-standing members of our wider team. Jennifer started in the warehouse two decades ago, but her exceptional ability to manage projects, solve problems, and keep operations running seamlessly saw her quickly rise to Operations Manager.

When we launched MTHD Marketing, bringing Jennifer on board was a given. Her experience spans project management, manufacturing coordination, corporate gifting logistics, and just about anything else we throw at her—and she handles it all with the same calm efficiency.

What sets Jennifer apart is her rare combination of loyalty, reliability, and sheer operational excellence. We'll share this because it's so cool. We had an ex-member of staff steal some product from our old business - and she drove to his house in a U-Haul to get it back. Epic!

She's the person who ensures that nothing falls through the cracks, deadlines are hit, and every moving part on the back-end of our business portfolio works in harmony. If there's a complex project that needs coordinating behind the scenes, Jennifer's the one making it happen. She may not be seen by clients - but her presence is always felt.

After 20 years, she knows how we work better than anyone—and our clients benefit from that experience every single day.
