What percentage do you take?

Our commission is agreed upfront and depends on your industry, margins, and expected volume. Max 20% of sales revenue. We’ll discuss this during your initial consultation to make sure the numbers work for both of us. It's pointless agreeing to something you can't afford if margins are slim.

Who pays for the ad spend?

You do. You fund the ad budget directly through your own ad accounts. We manage everything—strategy, creative, optimisation—at no upfront charge. Our payment comes solely from a percentage of the revenue our ads generate.

How do you track which sales come from your ads?

We use industry-standard attribution tracking via Meta & Google's platforms, with a clear, pre-agreed attribution window (typically 30 days from ad click). You’ll have full visibility into the data... And we have no control over Meta & Google's reporting. So it's fair. There will never be ambiguity about what counts.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Yes. We ask for a minimum 3-month commitment. Paid advertising takes time to optimise—we need enough runway to test, learn, and scale. And when sales start to pour in, we need to get paid for our hard work. We don't want to do all that work and then you cancel and keep the profits. This protects both of us.

What if it doesn’t work?

Then we don’t get paid. That’s the whole point. We carry the risk of our own time and expertise. If we can’t generate results, we earn nothing. That’s our incentive to make it work or release you out of our contract.

Do you work with any type of business?

Yes we do, however this offer is only available to businesses that already have a product or service that's selling. This model isn’t for pre-launch startups testing product-market fit—it’s for businesses ready to scale.
