Pirhuk are mountain guides and local experts in East Greenland. Their trips & expeditions are an expression of the huge passion they have for Greenland alongside a deep love of the mountains.
Their vision is to return to a purer form of adventure in Greenland, providing a deeper insight into Greenland and making for a richer, unique experience.
Adventures in branding
Their current branding lacked any real connection to their unique surroundings and the cultural heritage of the inuits in which their expeditions relied upon.
The raven is a important symbol to the indigenous Greenlanders and they requested this be the focus of the rebrand.
The new design would need to characterful enough to capture the richness and of the people and the landscape, but also be versatile enough to be used as both a stripped down digital icon for their new website and in large scale prints for their apparel and boat decals.
