Not only did we create this business & brand from the ground up, but we still own and operate it today.

This mountain modern estate was completely renovated by us.
Before we arrived, it was just a house and 150 acres of untamed fields.
But now, after applying our method, it’s an in-demand destination wedding venue with wine-producing vines.
We gave to the land – and the land now gives back to us.

In just a few years of ownership, we’ve turned Black Oak from a financial liability, into a profitable asset that pays for itself (and then some).
From the positioning, to the logo, to the email copy, to the wine labels & beyond – we did it, using our method.
Couples are captured by the look of Black Oak – but they sign the contracts based on the ‘feel’ that we’ve created around it… That’s the power of effective branding.
but why not more?
You may be thinking if it’s this good, “why haven’t you made more money?”
The answer is simple, we could – but California has regulations & restrictions on the number of events allowed, that we need to overcome.
This is in progress and we hope to run far more events when these county restrictions are lifted.
Then, we can scale the business to the horizon – and that value will shoot up.

We leave space for nature at our venue and in return the bees pollinate our crops & produce delicious, organic honey to share with us.
Jars of this wildflower honey are sold & even given to our clients as gifts.
The brand we created screams organic, untouched & unprocessed. It captures the invisible voice of Black Oak. They say you can’t bottle a ‘vibe’ but our honey proves them wrong.
